We Build Green!
Residential green building practices include designing and constructing homes that use energy, water, and materials efficiently; and have a reduced impact on their physical environment; and promote a healthy indoor environment for you, your family, or your customer.
These include cost savings on utility bills for tenants or households (through energy and water efficiency); lower construction costs and higher property value for building developers; increased occupancy rates or operating costs for building owners; and job creation.
Green building practices are primarily focused on developing sustainable sites, increasing water and energy efficiency, reducing waste and emissions, using eco-friendly building materials, and improving indoor environmental quality more efficiently than conventional designs
Green building materials, also called eco-friendly materials, are building construction materials that have a low impact on the environment. They are composed of renewable resources rather than non-renewable resources. These have to be natural and will not spoil by the heat, humidity, or cold.
